We have a couple of Tournaments coming up, a Game Jam well on its way, and an honorable mention of the tournament of the past.
Encore ECG is running a Round Robin Tournament Structure, starting September 14th, 2024.
RULES
Each week, participants will need to pick 2 color decks and lock them in by DMing them to ZiLLa.
Color decks must be chosen before the participant’s scheduled round.
Once a participant wins their match with their color combination, that participant must choose 1 color from that pairing to swap with a different color deck. For example, Aria chooses Pink/Yellow for her first round color deck pairing and wins her match. She now removes Pink from her color combination and replaces it with Blue. Her next round color pairing will be Blue/Yellow.
Mirror matching is possible and allowed. Meaning, if you have chosen the same color deck(s) as your opponent, simply copy the deck for them and carry on the match.
Matches are played best 2 out of 3 with 1 Venue Deck.
Weekly Venue Decks are chosen at random and will be announced alongside each round pairings.
Participants are awarded 1 Fame Point for each Venue they win, with an additional Fame Point awarded for winning the match.
Participants are awarded 1 Fortune Point for completing their match with the highest Payout.
PRIZING
There will be two winners: The FAME winner will be determined by the participant with the most amount of FAME Points at the end of the event. The FORTUNE winner will be determined by the participant with the most amount of FORTUNE Points at the end of the event.
The FAME winner will receive 1 Alpha Supporter Art Card Bundle.
The FORTUNE winner will have the ability to create 1 Venue to be used in the next tournament.
Soul-Gates TCG has a new one called The CHOSEN ONE TOURNEY, Sign up ends September 15th, 2024. The tournament itself will be held on September 29th, 2024.
We will have a new tournament event made especially for beginners and challengers to prove themselves worthy by embarking on the Journey besting others to become the Chosen One in the eyes of Heaven!
- In order to enter, join the official Discord Server: Soul-Gates "DISCORD" and DM/ping me.
- In this tournament, every player can only use PreCon Decks (Decks will be revealed later and will be public)
The winner of the tournament will be crowned the "Chosen One", earn a spot in the Season Tournament, and also win a Foil Set of the Gate Cards. More prizes might come!
- You have time until September 15th, 2024 to enter the Tournament for free; no qualification is needed!
- Official Start will be September 29th, 2024 and until all games have been played
- Tournament Style will be Single Elimination Tournament

Next up is the HTCG Game Jam where you create your very own card game, and get it judged! Each Game Jam has a theme this one being "Stitch". To join in on this event all you have to do is join the HTCG Discord, and join in the game chat. The September 14th is when the voting process will start, here are a few details from Tsum Gye, President of HTCG

A while back Mutology held a Starter Deck Tourney a while back in which the starter deck that stole the show was the Albert deck! Which I am completely fond of greatly, and very happy my boy won. Following up behind him was Iwata who ranked second and coming in third was my man Smart.
